LIA stands for Living in Alignment: a platform, a growing community, and above all a way of life, born from my own story of falling down and getting back up. Living in Alignment isn’t a goal. It is a journey. Along the way, I found the courage to choose for myself, for my freedom, for my truth. Again and again.
From a deep longing to live in full alignment, LIA was born, as a movement and a way of living. A coming home to yourself. Living in Alignment is for women in a new chapter, whether it is just beginning or already well underway. Women who sense there is more to life, and are ready to rediscover themselves.
At Living in Alignment, everything revolves around living in tune with yourself. Not from have to and perform, but from allowed to and simply being. It is an invitation to let go of the roles, expectations and stories you were handed, and return to who you really are. Here you’ll find inspiration, rhythm, rest and fire: the building blocks of a new foundation. And practical tools to reshape your life, from the way you nourish your body to the music that moves you, from daily rituals to quiet reflection.
These tools come in different forms, so you can begin wherever you are. My books Freedom and Reset tell my own story, and they are free to read. Living in Seasons is a digital workbook you can start with right away, on your own, season by season. The 100-Day Reset is a program tailored to you, with personal one-on-one guidance. And in my Coming Home gatherings, we meet in person: one-on-one in my home in Lisbon, or in a circle of women. The energy and strength we share in those moments stay with you long after you leave.
