Niet omdat vrouwen niet slim, hardwerkend of toegewijd genoeg zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hier een korte reality check:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Werk is een spel:<\/strong>&nbsp;met regels, grenzen, winnaars en verliezers. Speel het spel bewust, zoek de grenzen op en durf er soms overheen te gaan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hard werken is niet genoeg:<\/strong>&nbsp;onderhoud je netwerk, bouw relaties, vraag actief wat je nodig hebt en stop met wachten tot iemand het je komt brengen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wees niet te bescheiden:<\/strong>&nbsp;stop met minimaliseren, met \u201csorry\u201d zeggen als dat niet hoeft en met het delen van alle details en uitleg die je onnodig klein maken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vertrouw je instinct:<\/strong>&nbsp;herken manipulatieve types en neem afstand. Vertrouw op je gevoel en durf grenzen te stellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gebruik je vrouwelijke kracht:<\/strong>&nbsp;je hoeft geen man te zijn of \u201cone of the boys\u201d om succesvol te zijn. Juist je eigen stijl, emotionele intelligentie en intu\u00eftie zijn jouw troeven.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Onderhandel altijd:<\/strong>&nbsp;weet wat je waard bent en wees niet bang om ervoor te vragen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bouw je merk:<\/strong>&nbsp;wat wil jij uitstralen? Wat maakt jou uniek? Positioneer jezelf met zorg \u2014 in je uitstraling, communicatie \u00e9n online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oftewel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je hoeft niet perfect te zijn, maar je moet wel trouw zijn aan jezelf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Durf zichtbaar te zijn. Spreek, vraag, onderhandel, claim ruimte, maar altijd met respect, stijl en jouw unieke energie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maak onderscheid tussen \u201caardig gevonden willen worden\u201d en \u201cgerespecteerd worden\u201d. Ga voor dat laatste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Stop met het meisje zijn dat wacht op toestemming, en word de vrouw die haar plek pakt.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Lees dit boek alsjeblieft prinses!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Nice girls don\u2019t get the corner office van Lois P.
